About Randall Lehner
Randall Lehner is an arbitrator and mediator, handling a broad range of matters both domestic and international. He serves as an arbitration panel member for commercial, employment and consumer disputes with the American Arbitration Association-International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR). He has arbitrated and mediated over 100 matters as both a neutral and an advocate in a variety of industries including financial services, manufacturing, insurance, professional services, and investment management. The claims have ranged in value from under $1 million to over $50 million and have involved breach of contract and fiduciary duties, director and officer liability, securities, restrictive covenants, employment discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, false advertising, trade secrets and theft of confidential data, cybersecurity, and other commercial and employment issues.

For the last 5 years, Mr. Lehner has held executive and other senior leadership roles in corporate legal departments, including General Counsel of a publicly-traded manufacturer where he led the successful effort to list the company's shares on Nasdaq. Prior to his in-house career, Mr. Lehner was a partner for more than fifteen years in leading law firms in Chicago where his practice focused on regulatory investigations, government enforcement actions, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Lehner began his career as a law clerk for the Hon. Elaine E. Bucklo on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Lehner received his JD from Duke University School of Law and his BA from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the Illinois bar, the trial bar for the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit bar.
